Offline capability, data that never leaves the campus, protocol compatibility, long-term maintainability. These are hard constraints when we write code, not adjectives in a proposal.

Works offline
Our customers work underground, inside intranets, in factory campuses with no internet. Bookkeeping offline, activation offline, upgrades carried in on a USB stick. The network is optional, not a precondition. A product that can't do this wouldn't last a week on these sites.
One structure, four layers
Yuhox Pass, Yuhox Stage, Yuhox Edge or the Service Platform — underneath, they all run on the same four layers. When the internet drops, the top two stop and the bottom two keep working as usual. That's what "offline-capable" means structurally.(hover to inspect, click to lock)

Admin console, tablet seats, large screens, family and trainee apps. One account works across all sections.
- PlatformPlatform layer
Unified identity and licensing, records, schedules, tickets, and closed-loop alerts. Business logic is concentrated here.
- EdgeEdge layer
Edge boxes run inference and rule evaluation locally. When the network drops, they record and alert locally, then upload once it recovers.
- FieldField layer
Cameras, card readers, face terminals, wearables, room sensors. Five protocols handled in parallel.

Professional team
The company has a mine ventilation safety team with an engineering background, able to take on ventilation-system technical work on its own.
Mine ventilation is a safety discipline bound by regulation. Whether a judgment is right is not decided in software; it is decided by the rules, the site, and the consequences. A ventilation system built without ventilation engineers often looks right on the interface and wrong in the conclusion — the data looks good, but the network structure does not hold. Our approach is to bring the specialist team in from the requirements stage, not to have someone review it just before delivery.

Services come in two families: those that deliver software, and those that get the job done for you. Source code and deployment documentation for custom projects belong to the customer. No lock-in.

We do not leave after the sale
Every project is handled by our in-house technical support team for on-site commissioning, remote monitoring and full-lifecycle maintenance. Defects are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; technical support can be renewed afterwards.
