A single-screen small meeting can go HDMI straight from a laptop. Main plus side screens want a workstation with a dual-output graphics card; add a capture card if you need a video switcher. The capture card looks like a camera to the system; no extra driver setup.

Small and mid-size venues are fine: the switching panel has preview, faders, picture-in-picture and the common layouts — enough for the job. For a real large multi-camera live broadcast, a hardware switcher is still the safer call; the two can coexist — Yuhox Stage runs the run sheet and big-screen content, the switcher handles the cuts.

No. Push RTMP from inside the software; fill in the address and stream key the platform gives you. This machine must already have ffmpeg. Install it before you leave; at the venue it often will not download. The console opened in a browser cannot push; only the desktop app can.

The 720p30 default was weighed. This machine is also driving the big screen and the music at the same time. If you want 1080p, try a full run during rehearsal first. Recording writes to disk in segments — a mid-event crash costs at most the last ten minutes, and when the disk runs near full the software stops itself and raises an alert.

No. Scan a code to join, then click once in the console to bring it in. Any number of tablets, any number of licensed seats. The license counts the main control machine; nothing connected to it is verified again.

Yes, it keeps up. Insertions, skips and rollbacks are supported, and the host changing words live is fine. That's exactly where a run-sheet-driven tool beats a picture-driven one.

Yes. The site only needs a working LAN (one router is enough); internet is not required. Media stays local, licenses verify offline, and the whole show never touches the cloud.

You can create 1 event. Live features are fully on: nothing is locked, no pop-ups, no stoppage. The main screen has a watermark and exports are marked trial. Installing a licence removes them at once.

Yes. It uses hotkeys, not MIDI. Map the keys as hotkeys in Elgato’s own software. Yuhox Stage needs no setup, and it still works if you switch computers. Faders and knobs on MIDI controllers are a separate hardware-panel path.

Yes. One folder per event. Rundown, media, music choices, levels, and subtitle edits all live in it. Copy the folder to another computer and you can start.

We will not give a number detached from your site. The same model varies a lot under different lighting, angles and occlusion. The real approach is to run it on your site for a week, fine-tune on the returned data, then talk accuracy.

It depends on box model, resolution, frame rate, and algorithm complexity. Jetson and RK3588 differ a lot. We have to price it from your camera points; there is no one-shot quote.

It depends on whether your platform can yield a video stream. For Dahua ICC / AnnEye we built account login, automatic device listing and stream pulling; for Hikvision, Uniview, ONVIF devices or national-standard gateway streams, anything that produces an RTSP URL connects the same way. Alerts then push back to your platform through the open API.

Limited by this machine's RAM and disk. For large jobs, 16 GB RAM or more is recommended. The job queue can wait in line; you do not have to load everything at once.

The version you download now is free, with no features cut and no license key. If a paid version comes later, this build already on your machine will not stop working because of that.

It only changes two things: the system proxy on the client, and the network sharing switch on the gateway. Original values are saved first and restored on exit. If the program crashes, the next launch restores them before doing anything else. Uninstall restores them too.

No. All forwarding happens on your own LAN, directly between two computers. The software does not send traffic, visited addresses or logs anywhere.

Technically it works, but whether you may use it is a question for your organization. Many organizations forbid sharing the network with unregistered devices. Get permission first.

Clients do not need it. The gateway does not either if it only uses proxy mode. Admin rights are needed once if you turn on whole-machine routing, or install it as a start-on-boot system service.

Limited by the bandwidth and performance of the gateway machine itself. Everyday office work, web, and file transfer for about ten machines is fine. If everyone streams video or downloads large files, the bottleneck is the network cable, not the software.

Paid features execute inside the Go process, and official device packages are encrypted. If the package can't be opened, the real-machine functionality might as well not exist — it isn't a switch in the UI.

It can't be delivered as a whole yet. What runs end to end is two business domains — canteen and meal assistance, subsidies and consumption vouchers; the rest are being built on the same kernel. What the manual describes is planning; we don't present unbuilt things as ready.

That's a real risk. The approach: share the kernel, and configure terminology and processes per domain. If one domain's differences get too big for configuration to solve, it deserves its own product — and we'll say so plainly.

If the main flow is generic, it can be used. The real test is whether your work fits this line: project — stage — work order — acceptance — settlement. Where it does not, we will say so rather than force it in.
